About Me

Hi, I’m Tatiana Trabolsi — a 26-year-old dreamer with a paintbrush in one hand, a trowel in the other, and most likely a cat on my lap while I sketch the next corner of my house that I’m planning to remodel.
My passion for interior design and gardening isn’t a polished profession, but a deeply personal adventure. I’m not a professional, nor do I claim to be one. What I share here isn’t taken from textbooks or certificates — it’s my life, my experiments, and the little sparks of joy I find when an empty room becomes cozy or when green shoots first break through the ground.
I grew up following my father around construction sites. He was a builder — one of those who could look at a pile of bricks and see a family kitchen or imagine laughter echoing through walls that hadn’t been built yet. As a child, I didn’t fully understand the magic of his work — I just knew that I liked being there. The smell of dust from drywall, the sound of saws, the rhythm of transformation. I sat quietly and watched as ruins turned into homes, as every corner gradually filled with warmth. Those moments stayed with me. They took root deep inside me.

Today, I am renovating my own home — with my own hands, my own ideas, my own doubts, and occasional dance breaks. It’s not perfect, but it’s mine. Every mistake is a lesson. Every success is a reason to smile. And every inch of progress — from painting walls to planting hydrangeas — reminds me why I started this blog: to share what I’m learning, what I love, what I want to try next.
I also love gardening. There’s something healing about digging in the dirt — literally getting your hands dirty to grow beauty. Whether it’s herbs on my windowsill, ivy climbing a brick wall, or a tiny vegetable garden slowly coming to life, gardening gives me a sense of peace. It’s a place where patience flourishes.
When I’m not rearranging furniture or checking on my lavender, you’ll most likely find me at the beach. The salty air clears my mind. I love to travel, especially to coastal towns that seem frozen in a slower, more peaceful time. Nature is a huge part of what inspires me: colors, textures, sunlight on old stone, wild gardens growing over fences.
And yes, I am a real cat mom. I share my life with two beloved felines who often make uninvited appearances in my photos.
This blog isn’t a place for “expert advice,” but a cozy corner where we can figure things out together. It’s for anyone who wants their space to feel more like them, without needing a degree in design. It’s for people who love to create, experiment, and sometimes fail, but always with curiosity and heart.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope that what you find on Best for You will feel a little bit like home.
